Via MarinIJ: “Saturday is opening day for the seasonal Point Reyes Farmers Market, an all-organic, strictly local market with a bountiful harvest of produce, eggs, olive oil, meats, preserves, cheeses, prepared foods, flowers and breads. The market hosts a weekly chef’s booth from 10 to 11 a.m. with a rotation of featured guests who showcase and utilize market produce and products. The singing chef, Chris Waldeck (who goes by Tina Carella on stage), croons as she shares the secret to perfect gnocchi this week using an old family recipe. A taste follows.
