"The applicant is requesting approval to restore and retain three existing residential structures, demolish two residential structures, and construct a new single-family residence on the 6.04 acre property. The proposed single-family residence would consist of a 25 foot tall, two-story structure comprised of 3,993 square feet of floor area and 4,481 square feet of building area. When combined with the existing structures on the property (to be retained), the total proposed floor area is 7,619 square-feet, for a floor area ratio of 3% and a total building area of 8,544 square-feet. "
