"Greenbridge Gas & Auto, the only gas station along Highway 1 from Bolinas to Bodega Bay, is changing ownership next month. Redwood Oil, a California company that owns 23 stations from Cotati to the Oregon border, has purchased the company and the property, which includes a nearly 6,000-square-foot building that houses four businesses and three residential units. Kentfield resident and president of Redwood Oil Julie Van Alyea said residents of Point Reyes Station can expect "business as usual." There are no plans to change rental agreements for any of the tenants and the only changes planned for the gas station are a number of minor upgrades.
