We're officially yellow tier. "Meanwhile, a move to the yellow tier will mean that many Marin businesses will be able to increase the number of customers they will be able to serve indoors.

Bars that do not serve food will be permitted to operate at 25% capacity indoors serving up to 100 people, or 37.5% capacity if patrons show proof of vaccination or a negative test.

Restaurants will be allowed to operate indoors at 50% capacity, or 75% if patrons show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. Their indoor operations will no longer be capped at 200 customers.

Wineries, breweries and distilleries will be permitted to operate at 50% capacity indoors but will still be limited to serving no more than 200 customers at a time. They will be allowed to increase to 75% capacity if all patrons show proof of full vaccination or a negative test.

Gyms and fitness studios will be allowed to operate at 50% capacity indoors, or 75% if all patrons show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. They will also be permitted to reopen saunas, spas, and steam rooms."
